A Savannah native, David’s passion for payment solutions began during his college years. Equipped with a degree in economics from the University of South Carolina, he honed his sales and business acumen through prior experience in the beverage distribution industry.
This experience, coupled with his proven success as a Relationship Manager for a Fortune 500 payment processing company, positions David to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Witnessing unethical fee hikes imposed on his clients by his previous employer, David decided to take a stand. In 2020, he opened First City Payments, vowing to prioritize client relationships and ensure transparent pricing.
Bobby Koopman

A native of Northeast Florida Bobby has spent the last 10 years working for a major provider in the payments and payroll industries before joining the team at First City Payments. Bobby takes a custom “tailor-made” approach to his clients in order to best fit the solution to the merchant client.

Wade is a native Texan, calling East Texas his home for the last 30 years. He’s spent the last 20+ years consulting, supporting, and implementing ERP software for the SMB space. Along with his wife, he has also owned multiple businesses in the health and wellness industry. His passion has always been helping his clients find ways to lower financial burdens with the latest technology, while continuing to provide the best in class service.
